Judging & Awards Event Management Case Sharing: Hong Kong Most Influential Brand Awards (MIB Awards) 2025

Organized by the Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing (AIM) and fully managed by team Prologue, the inaugural “Hong Kong Most Influential Brand Awards 2025” (the “MIB Awards”) was successfully held on 27 October 2025. More than 20 leading brands from different sectors gathered at the event, showcasing their exceptional strengths in market impact, innovative ventures, and consumer engagement.
The MIB Awards focus on “brand reputation” and “market influence,” setting a new benchmark for brand management across sectors and inspiring brands to continually push the boundaries of creativity and innovation. With the theme “Resounding Brands of Excellence,” this year’s awards celebrate local brands that have excelled in brand management, innovative marketing, customer experience, and business growth — leaving a lasting impression on consumers and leading trends across the industry.

Team Prologue was honoured to facilitate the Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing in organizing this inaugural awards and presentation ceremony. From initial planning to project execution, the team provided comprehensive, one-stop professional support — creating from scratch a clearly positioned and representative branding event.
Concept Development: Design and development of the award criteria, annual theme, and overall creative concept.
Visual Design: Creation of key visuals, social media promotional materials, and event booklet.
Judges and Guest Coordination: Invitation of officiating guests and VIPs with ongoing communication and coordination, formation of the judging panel, design of the judging process, and secretariat support.
Event Execution: Award ceremony rundown planning and management, venue and logistics coordination, invitation of winners, panel discussion content design, and reception etc.
Publicity and Promotion: Event photo and video shooting, testimonial video production for winners
Media Distribution: Responsible for writing and distributing press releases, as well as advertising
In his welcoming remarks, Mr. Francis Fong, the Chairman of AIM, pointed out that the “MIB Awards” aims to recognize the efforts of all sectors in creating and enhancing brand value, and to highlight the innovation and professional standards of corporations. This is the foundation for the long-term development of brands across industries, and it is essential to respond concisely to the ever-changing market environment and consumer expectations.

The ceremony was honored to have Mr. Joseph Chan, JP, Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, and Dr. King Au, MH, JP, Executive Director of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council, as officiating guests. They, along with Mr. Francis Fong, Chairman of AIM, and Professor Yuen Man Chun, JP, Chief Judge of MIB Awards, presented awards to the winning brands.
In his speech, Mr. Joseph Chan, JP, Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, stated that the government is committed to implementing policies that contribute a stable business environment for businesses while fostering an efficient market environment. He wishes to join force with the winning brands in driving economic growth, promoting innovation and fintech ecosystem, ultimately driving Hong Kong's high-quality development.

Dr. King Au, MH, JP, Executive Director of Financial Services Development Council, mentioned that the “MIB Awards” inspire companies to maintain their competitive edge in a rapidly changing market by recognizing best practices and sharing new industry opportunities.

As a prestigious award recognizing leading brands across various industries, the “MIB Awards” adapts “Concentric Circles" to visualize the theme "Resounding Brands of Excellence " as continuously expanding brand’s soundwaves. The center represents the brand's professional strength, while the concentric circles symbolize the brand's reputation spreading outwards, creating a strong resonance throughout Hong Kong.
The “MIB Awards” also employs an innovative two-phase judging mechanism. In the preliminary selection stage, multiple advanced AI models were used to identify and shortlist the most influential brands. After rigorous verification, a professional judging panel composed of marketing and digital marketing scholars from five tertiary institutions conducts the final judging. The judging mechanism is innovative yet rigorous to determine the “Most Influential Brand” in each industry.
This year's winners cover over twenty sectors, including Telecommunication, Fixed Line , Broadband, Public Transportation, Property - Residential, Insurance services, Automobile, Airline, and Real Estate Agency. These brands have demonstrated outstanding performance in market influence, consumer interaction, and industry leadership, successfully standing out in the market and becoming leading brands in their respective sectors.
The awards ceremony brought together government officials, academics, and corporate executives, serving not only as an occasion to recognize achievements but also as a platform to promote professional exchange and collaboration. By establishing a cross-industry dialogue, MIB Awards enhance brands’ visibility, inspire innovations, and create collaboration opportunities.
